On this full day tour, you will be collected from the port by your friendly, local chauffeur who will transport you in one of our luxury air-conditioned people movers designed for comfort directly to your first stop, a visit at Mt Coot-tha scenic lookout. After a short drive from the city centre along Sir Samuel Griffith Scenic Drive you will quickly arrive at the observation deck, nestled amongst beautifully manicured gardens and surrounded by the natural bushland of Brisbane Forest Park. Here you will enjoy a short stop where you have the opportunity to experience the panoramic views of Brisbane City, visit the Summit Restaurant and Bar, Kuta Cafe, Gift Shop and Observation Deck. Interpretive facilities pointing out well-known Brisbane landmarks are located on the observation deck and on a clear day, you can take in striking views of beautiful Brisbane City with its meandering river, right out to the Great Dividing Range and Moreton Bay.
After your short stop, your driver will transport you to visit Southbank Parklands, Brisbane’s premier lifestyle and cultural destination including highlights such as17 hectares of inner-city parklands; more than 90 restaurants, cafes and bars and the Wheel of Brisbane. Your driver will drop you near the Performing Arts complex where you may choose to ride the iconic wheel or stroll through the award-winning South Bank Grand Arbour, laden with manicured Bougainvillaea. You may decide to stop off for a swim or paddle stroll at the manmade beach or grab a coffee in one of the many eateries enjoying the exceptional city vistas at every turn.
Your driver will collect you from a prearranged location to transport you to the beautiful bayside area of the Redlands Coast. Here you will visit Sirromet, a Queensland winery famous for its reds, whites and sparkling.
Your next stop is the restaurant and cocktail bar, Elysium, positioned over the stunning Victoria Point Lakeside and proudly offering fresh Australian-cuisine for an inclusive lunch.
Last stop is to historic Cleveland Point, which nowadays is famous for the backdrop of some very big Hollywood movies and Australian TV dramas.
MT Coot-tha Lookout
A ‘must see’ for all visitors to Brisbane, Mt Coot-tha’s Brisbane Lookout offers spectacular panoramic views over the CBD all the way to Moreton Bay. Enjoy a 20-minutes at your leisure to take all the photos you need.
South Bank Parklands
South Bank Parklands is Brisbane's premier lifestyle and cultural destination. Located on the southern banks of the Brisbane River, the parklands consist of a mixture of rainforest, water, grassed areas and plazas as well as features such as the riverfront promenade, a man made Beach (a must see), the Grand Arbour, the Piazza, the Nepal Peace Pagoda, the Big Wheel of Brisbane, restaurants, shops and fountains. Enjoy an hour strolling through the parklands at your own pace taking in the amazing views and shops.
Learn about the history of Sirromet Winery, the cool climate Granite Belt region and be taken through a 30-minute private wine tasting of six Sirromet wines. Spend a further 30 minutes spotting an abundance of wildlife including Wallabies and an array of birds in the beautiful surroundings of this winery or you may choose to purchase glass of wine from their cellar door.
Lunch at Elysium Restaurant & Bar
Positioned over the stunning Victoria Point Lakeside, Elysium is the Redland’s favourite restaurant and bar. Proudly offering fresh Australian cuisine, the highest quality and service.
Enjoy a Leisurely lunch from the Lunch menu (Included in tour price) or fancy something from the a-la-carte/Tapas menu, then get an allowance towards it. Wash it down with a glass or two from extensive range of wines, craft beer, commercial beer, or their signature cocktails. (All drinks are at your own expense)
Take in the last sightseeing spot of our tour at Cleveland Point Lighthouse, located on the north-eastern tip of Cleveland Point. It overlooks Moreton Bay to the east and Raby Bay to the west. The old lighthouse was established in 1864-1865 as a wooden hexagonal tower. It is one of only two surviving lighthouses of this form. This spot is popular for film makers and has been used in many films including Narnia film The Voyage of the Dawn Treader and Pirates of the Caribbean. Spend your own time taking them memorable photos to take back to friends and family.
Our experienced drivers will ensure you are safely transferred back to your Cruise Ship in plenty of time for All Aboard.
